Summer Camp Administrator

We are offering incentive for this position. Please contact President at president@huskyfoundation.org for more detail

  1. Communicate with HTMS and other schools in the community regarding the Husky Foundation Camp
  2. Create camp/class schedules and room location
  3. Recruit volunteers and manage their schedules
  4. Set up for each camp sessions and student check-in
  5. Communicate with the parents at the start of each camp week for camp sign up reminders
  6. Create rosters for each camp week for teacher distribution and check in
  7. Collect waivers from students on check in
  8. If necessary, manage T-Shirt distribution on each Monday of camp
  9. Attend planning meeting with the foundation which would start late February
